HERA, Your Hotel Email Reservation Assistant

Introduction

HERA is a Gmail add-in designed to streamline hotel email reservation management. It automatically extracts key information from incoming booking requests, such as arrival and departure dates, number of rooms, and number of guests. This allows hotel staff to quickly review the extracted data, and HERA then checks the hotel's system for available offers and sends a customized email to the requester. HERA aims to improve efficiency by pre-processing booking requests before they reach reservation agents.

How To Use

Install the HERA add-in for Gmail. When a booking request email arrives, HERA will automatically extract key information. Review the extracted data, and if correct, click 'send'. HERA will then check your hotel API for offers and send an email to the requester.
