Hints Playbook AI improves data and forecast quality in your HubSpot or Pipedrive by auto-updating caller data from video calls to relevant CRM objects and fields. The extension works as a co-pilot for your call - a playbook opens automatically during calls in Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft teams (in web version) and the answers are collected automatically based on your conversation. You have control over what's sent to the CRM - you can set fields with your own notes and view entire conversation transcript after the call.
How To Use
Install the extension. During calls in Google Meet, Zoom, or Microsoft Teams (web version), a playbook automatically opens. The AI collects answers based on your conversation. Review and edit the data before sending it to your CRM.
