How To Use
To use GPT Journal, first ensure you are on chatgpt.com. Click "ask from Journal" to parse the text in the prompt input and retrieve relevant dialogue from the database. Click "store dialogue" to parse all dialogues from the current window and send them to the database. Be mindful of sending too much data or sending it multiple times to avoid repetition.
